Responsibilities:
- Conducting pricing proposal analyses in alignment with market characteristics and sales expectations.
- Understanding the cost structure of local EMEA markets and the competitive context.
- Identifying gross margin alerts and implementing action plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the team to regularly update internal analytical tools.
- Working with the sales team to define pricing strategies for individual countries.
- Identifying changes in pricing and strategies for improvement.
- Managing and calculating prices for strategic merchants and pricing offers, including global merchants.
- Preparing business justifications regarding market changes, new products, and initiatives.
- Utilizing data and insights from company reports and products to identify revenue opportunities, draw conclusions, and make decisions.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support optimal pricing decisions.
- Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with pricing processes.
What are we looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing, margin management, financial controlling, or promotional management.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on statistical analysis, problem-solving and data analysis.
- Exceptional drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills to articulate complex data clearly.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Polish.
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills, including communication and flexibility.
