Procurement Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing process – from identifying business needs and sourcing suppliers, through negotiating contracts, to overseeing order execution and supplier performance.

YOU WILL

• Conduct negotiations with suppliers and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Monitor the market and analyze offers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Collaborate with internal departments to plan and align procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of purchasing processes and negotiation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems (preferred).
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
