Product & Digital Marketing Specialist

Goelett is an international technology company developing digital solutions for business travel. We are looking for a hands-on Product & Digital Marketing Specialist to help us bring our products to market, strengthen our positioning and support commercial growth.

Your mission:

• Start with the customer: Apply our Working Backwards approach, working closely with Product to understand customer problems, develop value propositions and contribute to PR/FAQ narratives before solutions are built.


• Drive product marketing: Translate product capabilities into clear positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies, collaborating with Product throughout the entire product lifecycle.


• Enable commercial growth: Partner with Sales and Account Management to support customer acquisition, product adoption, retention and growth within existing accounts.


• Own digital marketing execution: Manage website content, SEO, digital campaigns, social media and marketing communications.


• Create impactful content: Develop product presentations, launch materials, customer communications and sales enablement tools.


• Measure what matters: Track marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, lead generation and engagement, continuously improving business impact.


• Innovate and simplify: Leverage AI, automation and modern marketing tools to improve efficiency, creativity and scalability.

What we're looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, product marketing or a technology-driven environment.


• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation and performance measurement.


• Customer-centric mindset, with the ability to turn complex product capabilities into simple, compelling messages.


• Comfortable collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Sales and Account Management.


• Independent, pragmatic, creative and comfortable taking ownership in an international environment.


• Full professional proficiency in French and English (mandatory).


• Experience in SaaS, travel technology or B2B platforms is an advantage.
