Wilhelmsen Ships Service Polska (WSSP) is part of the Wilhelmsen Group, a global provider of services and products for the maritime industry for over 162 years. WSSP is one of 4 Wilhelmsen companies located in Szczecin. In Poland, we employ over 250 people in several departments .
Currently to our Product Data Management (PDM) team we are looking for a colleague for 6-12 months , who likes working with the data and will support us in maintaining its quality in the system.

You will support as with:
Registration and maintenance of product data in the dedicated systems according to the established guidelines and requirements
Daily data import and export and data entries and updates in the systems
Daily work with improvement of data accuracy in the systems (consistency, correctness, completeness)
Cooperate with assigned stakeholders and share product data internally as per established process routines
Perform any additional administrative tasks related to Product Data in the systems as assigned by PDM team
Handling of internal user requests in shared workplace
Report and contribute to resolving incidents/errors and the end users about established way of working and handling the existing issue
You will thrive in this role if you have:
Communicative English (minimum B2 level in written, spoken), which apart from carrying out everyday tasks, allows you to interact with people from different parts of the world and communicate with your manager located in Norway
Experience in entry and maintaining of data in the systems
Experience of similar role and data administrative tasks in international organization
Ability to work under supervision and follow established routines and guidelines
Knowledge and experience in IT systems, data & databases
Attention to detail and errors.
Ability to prioritize tasks
Efficient, accurate, well-structured way of working
Good skills in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
Teamwork spirit
