What you'll be doing:

In this role, you’ll drive the development of innovative cosmetic products that meet consumer needs and support business growth. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you’ll lead formulation projects from concept through to completion, combining scientific expertise with creativity and agility. You’ll play an active role both in the lab and across cross-functional teams, ensuring products are high quality, perform well, and deliver meaningful benefits to consumers. Your work will directly contribute to bringing new ideas to life and strengthening Avon’s product portfolio.
