Product Launch Program Manager
Onsite work in Krakow, Poland once a month.
Summary
This is not a product management or engineering role. We are seeking an experienced program manager to own end-to-end product launch execution and roadmap governance. You will coordinate across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams to ensure launch readiness and cross-functional alignment; but you will not define product strategy, write technical requirements, or manage engineering delivery.
This role involves administering and optimizing our Aha! Roadmaps platform. While deep prior Aha! experience is not required, you must be a fast learner who can quickly become a power user and train others. Experience with similar roadmap or portfolio management tools (Jira Advanced Roadmaps, Planview, ProductPlan, etc.) is expected.
As the Launch Program Manager, you will ensure that launches are planned, executed, and measured effectively. You will be expected to effectively oversee, but not directly control, multiple outcomes across teams including resources, schedule, and quality of deliverables through the full project life cycle. You will be proficient in the areas of portfolio management, process definition, partner management, and resource management.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product launch execution: planning, readiness reviews, stakeholder coordination, post-launch measurement, and process improvement
- Design and standardize launch frameworks, processes, templates, and KPIs across product lines
- Become an Aha! Roadmaps administrator: configure workspaces, create custom views/reports, manage integrations, train users, drive adoption
- Own roadmap governance cadence and ensure alignment across product teams and business units
- Develop and maintain standardized roadmap, portfolio, and launch dashboards for leadership visibility
- Manage the Product Master (catalog of offerings), including lifecycle tracking and portfolio rationalization
- Track dependencies, risks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent launches
- Facilitate launch readiness reviews and provide executive-level status reporting
- Influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority
- Mentor others on product operations and launch management best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–8 years of program/project management, go-to-market operations, or product operations experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company
- Required: Hands-on experience with roadmap/portfolio management tools such as Jira Advanced Roadmaps, Planview, ProductPlan, or similar platforms (you have configured views, created reports, and trained users)
- Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional product launches from planning through post-launch measurement
- Strong facilitation, influencing, and executive communication skills
- Highly organized and process-oriented with ability to manage multiple concurrent programs
- Analytical mindset with ability to define metrics and translate insights into action
- Fast learner who can quickly master new tools and become a subject-matter expert
