Product Management Expert

Ciklum is looking for a Product Management Expert to join our team full-time in Poland.

About the role:

As a Product Management Expert, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Continuous Product Discovery & Strategic Execution:
• Conduct deep market research, user interviews, and data analysis to uncover opportunities and validate product decisions
• Define and execute a structured discovery process, ensuring the team builds products that solve real problems
• Translate strategic direction into clear product requirements across onboarding, KYC/AML flows, wallet functionality, ledgering, integration flows, and operational automation
• Maintain a highly complex product roadmap, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives
• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Shift quickly as the domain evolves, proactively adapting product plans, leading teams through change, and keeping execution aligned as the regulatory, technological, or operational landscape moves.
• Collaborate deeply across cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Compliance, Partnerships, Go-to-Market, Legal, Risk, Operations, Marketing, and external vendors - aligning diverse needs toward a unified product outcome.
• Own the full product lifecycle—from discovery and concept validation to delivery, launch, and iteration
• Ensure product development is aligned with business strategy, market trends, and customer insights
• Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex ideas into clear plans
• Conduct deep market research, user interviews, and data analysis to uncover opportunities and validate product decisions
• Define and execute a structured discovery process, ensuring the team builds products that solve real problems
• Translate strategic direction into clear product requirements across onboarding, KYC/AML flows, wallet functionality, ledgering, integration flows, and operational automation.
• Maintain a highly complex product roadmap, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives
• Prioritize initiatives effectively, balancing strategic goals, user needs, and technical feasibility

Requirements:

• At least 6 years’ experience in product management roles - must 
• Experience working within regulated Fintech, payments, or money movement products - Advantage
• Experience managing vendor integrations - must 
• Experience designing and running experiments, pilots, or prototypes to validate new product opportunities and learn fast
• A proven ability to build roadmaps and execute complex products in mid-size organizations 
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycles and drive product-market fit through shifting priorities, ambiguity, or evolving requirements in a dynamic environment - must
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills - must
• Experience working in highly collaborative, cross-functional teams
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with product management tools
