Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the commercial success of our vehicle portfolio in the Polish market. In this role, you will be responsible for product positioning, pricing, market analysis, new model launches and sales forecasting. Working closely with cross-functional teams, dealers and the manufacturer, you will ensure the portfolio remains competitive while achieving commercial and profitability targets.

You will

• Manage the product portfolio to maximize market share, sales performance and profitability while maintaining brand positioning.
• Lead the launch of new models, coordinating all product-related activities from planning to market introduction.
• Develop commercial proposals, pricing strategies and competitive product offers.
• Monitor market trends, customer demand and competitor activity, translating insights into product and pricing recommendations.
• Continuously optimize the product lineup in line with market developments.
• Define and manage pricing for the vehicle portfolio, balancing competitiveness and profitability.
• Manage commercial policy elements, including pricing, discounts and product mix, to achieve business targets.
• Analyze sales performance and competitive positioning, preparing regular reports and recommending commercial actions.
• Define vehicle production orders based on sales forecasts, including model, specification and color mix.
• Coordinate the preparation of product brochures and promotional materials in collaboration with marketing teams and external agencies.
• Lead the monthly sales forecasting process and coordinate reporting to internal stakeholders and the manufacturer.
• Support product homologation activities in cooperation with external partners and ensure compliance with local regulations.

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or a similar role within the automotive industry.
• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong understanding of automotive product management, pricing strategies and vehicle lifecycle management.
• Experience in new product launches, sales forecasting and commercial planning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Experience working with manufacturers, dealers and cross-functional business teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Driving licence (Category B).
