This position is initially a secondment for 12 months.
Role Purpose
The Product Owner will be a Subject Matter Expert and act as the champion for our Medserv systems, ensuring operational teams use them consistently and effectively. The role focuses on coaching, training, and supporting staff in their day-to-day system use, embedding best practice and reducing errors. This role will work directly with operations teams to increase adoption, confidence, and compliance, ensuring that Medserv's systems deliver maximum value in daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
Knowledge Management:
Compose/maintain up-to-date user guides, process documentation, and best-practice playbooks.
System Adoption:
Monitor team usage, identify deviations, and suggest corrective action.
Support & Troubleshooting:
Act as the go-to expert for frontline system questions and issues.
Feedback Loop:
Gather user feedback to inform system improvements and feed into the transformation programme.
Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience in Medserv's medical billing and practice management systems.
Strong training, coaching, and mentoring ability.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and influence staff at all levels.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Success Measures
Increased correct utilisation of system features across teams.
Reduction in avoidable errors and manual rework.
Positive staff feedback on system training and support.
Consistent application of processes across departments.
Improved efficiency in daily operations.

This is a full-time position to be based in Wroclaw on a hybrid basis
