automotiveMastermind (aM), part of Mobility Global, builds data-driven products that power smarter decisions across the automotive ecosystem. The team works closely with data management, engineering, analytics, and product partners across the US, India, and Europe to deliver scalable, high-impact data solutions.
The Impact
This role plays a critical part in shaping and delivering data products that enable meaningful customer outcomes across the aM platform. As a Data Product Owner, you will ensure data products are strategically aligned, well-governed, and continuously improved to support both short-term business needs and long-term product vision.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for one or more data products within the Mobility Global portfolio in partnership with Data Management, Product Management, and Engineering.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements through stakeholder interviews and collaboration.
- Facilitate Agile delivery by refining requirements, prioritizing and managing the product backlog, leading ceremonies, and clearly communicating delivered value.
- Collaborate with data management, data analysts, data science, and engineering teams to design solutions that balance immediate needs with long-term product strategy.
- Build and maintain deep expertise in the automotiveMastermind ecosystem, including data assets, integrations, and business processes.
- Support incident analysis by identifying root causes and contributing to durable improvements in data products and processes.
What We’re Looking For
Basic Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager working in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of product management principles, frameworks, and value-driven prioritization.
- Comfort working with data concepts, data-informed decision making, and cross-functional teams supporting data operations and integrations.
- Conceptual understanding of data integration technologies and standards.
- Working familiarity with road-mapping and issue-tracking tools (e.g., Airtable, Azure DevOps, Salesforce).
- Experience working with SQL.
- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with distributed, cross-functional teams (English C1 or higher).
Nice to Have
- Experience with GCP tools, MongoDB, and/or API testing tools.
- Understanding of dimensional data modeling concepts.
- SCRUM certification.
- Interest or prior experience in the automotive and/or data domain.
