Product Specialist

As a Product Specialist, you are responsible for developing and optimizing various product groups. You will acquire in-depth knowledge of the product range, its applications, and the market, working closely with colleagues, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Following a comprehensive onboarding and training period, you will develop one or more product groups and support team members where necessary.

• You continuously develop and optimize the product portfolio based on market insights, customer needs, and technical requirements.

• You collaborate closely with colleagues and suppliers to define the correct product specifications.

• You act as the primary point of contact for product-related and technical inquiries from the sales department and other internal teams.

• You monitor product quality, availability, and performance, taking action whenever necessary.

• You analyze customer returns and complaints, working with colleagues and suppliers to implement sustainable solutions.

• You support the marketing department in positioning and launching new or improved products.

• You stay informed about market trends through research, supplier relations, and attending trade fairs.

Your Profile

• You have technical experience with agricultural machines and/or parts

• You possess commercial flair and excellent communication skills.

• You are analytically minded and capable of working autonomously, structured, and in a project-based manner.

• You are proactive and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.

• You are flexible and a true team player.
