Job Description - Production Area Manager

Description

Coordinates Shift Supervisor and other assigned resources (manpower, equipment)
Ensures compliance with budget target in term of HS&E, Quality, Industrial KPI, Costs and performs continuous monitoring of all metrics
Analyses KPI and defines improvement & recovery plan
Assures the right training and people development process (increase polyvalence/polycompetence)
Ensures the spreading of digitalization and Production System concepts and is accountable for Autonomous Maintenance / Workplace Organization pillars
