For our Electronics Materials Business Unit, we are currently seeking a hands-on Production Floor Supervisor (m/f/d) to lead our direct production team on the shop floor.

Position Details

• Job Title: Production Floor Supervisor (Shift / Line Leader)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Work Location: Wroclaw in POLAND
• Number of Openings: 1

Responsibilities:

• Supervising Line Workers

Manage day-to-day activities of direct production workers, ensuring tasks are
performed safely and efficiently.

• Shift and Manpower Management

Coordinate shift schedules, assign work, and monitor attendance and productivity.

• Production Monitoring

Oversee production progress and output, reporting delays or abnormalities to management in a timely manner.

• Quality and Safety Control

Ensure workers follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and quality guidelines on the shop floor.

• Onboarding and Guidance

Train and mentor new employees to help them adapt quickly and meet performance expectations.

• Communication with Other Teams

Serve as a key communication link between workers and upper management or support departments (e.g., Quality, Maintenance, Logistics).

Experience Requirements / Competencies:

• 3+ years of on-site manufacturing or production team leadership experience
• Hands-on experience managing direct operators on a production line
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced factory environment
• Familiarity with basic quality and safety standards
