Job Description - Production Manager with a strong automotive background

Lead and manage the production team in achieving daily, weekly and monthly output targets

Oversee production schedules, inventory control and cost efficiency to ensure on-time delivery and optimal quality
Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies
Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to resolve production issues and optimize processes
Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and apply corrective actions where necessary
Mentor and develop production staff, fostering a high-performance culture

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business

Minimum 3 years of experience in a production leadership role within the automotive industry (OEM or Tier 1 preferred)
Proven experience with Lean tools / Theory of constraints / Agile
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Hands-on, data-driven mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic, high-paced environment.
English proficiency required (spoken and written)
