Production Planner (m/f/x)

As a Production Planner you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.  

Here, you will make an impact by: 

• Directing the production planning process, setting priorities and schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
•  Executing production strategies, monitoring progress, and making
  necessary adjustments to optimize processes.
• Analyzing inventory, order data, and production capacity to make informed
  planning decisions.
• Providing support to production teams by supplying necessary resources
  and information
• Conveying key information regarding production plans to all stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Working with purchasing, sales, and logistics departments to coordinate
  activities and minimize delays.
• Advocating for best practices in production planning to enhance efficiency
  and quality of processes.

Your Skills and Expertise   

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company
• Proficiency in English sufficient for fluent communication – required for daily work
• Higher education (preferred: logistics, economics, technical)
• Practical knowledge of MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge and understanding of production processes
• Ability to think analytically and handle large databases
• Proactivity and ability to organize one's own work
• Easy of learning new concepts
• Creativity, independence, and problem-solving skills
• Communication and collaboration skills

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Knowledge of SAP software will be an additional advantage

• Travel expectations (if applicable) may include up to <10% domestic
• Work Your Way: Hybrid
• Working pattern (full time)
