Professional Services Consultant Integration Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering complex customer projects by building system integrations, automations, and workflow notifications using Orbus’s iPaaS solution, OrbusInfinity Flow. As a Technical Consultant, you will work closely with customers to scope requirements, provide expert guidance on integration best practices, and develop tailored integration and automation solutions that align with Orbus Software’s Transformation Platform, OrbusInfinity.
You will be responsible for ensuring the success of integration projects, from initiation to Go-Live, by understanding customer use cases, translating requirements into technical deliverables, and executing high-quality workflows. This role is instrumental in helping customers achieve their transformation goals by leveraging data from various sources and integrating it seamlessly into their OrbusInfinity platform, to maximize ROI, and drive deep adoption of Orbus solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide support and strategic integration guidance to customers, ensuring accelerated realization of value from Orbus’s product and solution portfolio.
• Analyse customer requirements and collaborate with customers stakeholders to scope out integration needs.
• Design of automation and integration solutions that connect systems and data sources incl. configuration, test, and deployment of integration and automation workflows using Orbus Software’s iPaaS OrbusInfinity Flow.
• Improve and maintain existing integrations to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, standards, and workflows.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in system integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Orbus developers, customer success manager, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide support and training to internal teams and customers on OrbusInfinity Flow and integration solutions.
• Mentor customer teams through complex enterprise architecture and integration transformations, providing ongoing advisory and technical support.
• Act as a strategic advocate for customer needs, providing actionable feedback to product development and influencing the product roadmap.

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in system integration, middleware, or API development incl. hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms (e.g., Prismatic, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, OrbusInfinity Flow) or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, data mapping, and transformation techniques.
• Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other integration protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable:

• Advanced understanding of Orbus’s offerings and products.
