Summary: Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to make a tangible impact in a dynamic field? Join our Poland-based team at Envipco, a well-established startup with a strong and reputable presence in the Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) industry. This role is crucial in guiding projects from initial concept through to successful implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Tasks:

• Defining and confirming project goals and objectives

• Managing and coordinating all project work

• Ensuring that team members and task owners complete all project tasks according to the schedule

• Effective management of operational teams (dispersed and matrix structures)

• Developing a detailed project plan

• Ensuring resource availability and allocation

• Creating long- and short-term plans, setting targets for milestones, and adhering to deadlines

• Cooperation with Envipco factories

• Cooperation with warehouse, transportation and customer location

• Experience with project management and coordination and development of large projects

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience in international and intercultural cooperation

• Ability to multitask

• Highly self-motivated person

• Strong eagerness to learn

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Excellent planning and time management skills

• Leadership abilities

• Ability to build partnership-based business and interpersonal relationships
