Project Manager

• Serve as the Project and Site Lead responsible for coordinating all teams and all trades to deliver comprehensive life and logistics support. On-site authority and liaison with the client Contracting Authority
• Ensure delivery of all services as specified in the contract and maintain an on-site management structure to monitor and achieve service standards
• Represent the Contractor in all matters related to camp operational activities with sufficient financial authority to commit the company to perform contract requirements
   

• Develop, update, and implement the Project Management Plan (PMP) and all required annex plans (Staffing/Manning, Supply Chain/Inventory/Assets, QA/QC/QMS, Environmental, Safety, OHSMS, Medical)
• Ensure all required duty positions are filled at all times with redundancy and back-up coverage in place and within budget

• Implement works documentation and reporting processes (work dockets/orders, progress tracking, personnel reporting, meeting minutes/trackers)
   

• You're an accomplished project manager with proven success leading complex service contracts in military, logistics, or engineering environments
• You have the leadership presence and financial authority to represent your organization in high-stakes operational settings
• You're highly organized and skilled at developing comprehensive management plans, staffing strategies, and reporting systems
• You excel at building collaborative relationships with clients, technical officers, and quality management teams
• You're comfortable being the go-to person 24/7 for critical decisions and urgent situations
• You may have military or government contracting experience yourself—or simply value the mission of supporting those who serve
   

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum, Master’s desired) in business, engineering, construction management, logistics, or a related field
• 10+ years minimum of project management experience military base life support and or logistics support contracts (camp/base operations, logistics, engineering services, or military base services)
• Proven ability to lead an on-site management structure to monitor performance and ensure contractual service standards are achieved
• Demonstrated capability to implement contract-required planning, staffing, reporting, and compliance programs
• Experience in full contract execution including operations, HR, budget and finance, and procurement oversight
• PMP (PMI) or PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent  (highly desired)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (desired)
• Fluent in English with a valid driver’s license
