Responsibilities
Determining the goals, needs and requirements of the project.
Assemble project teams, assign individual responsibilities.
Creating and co-creating project schedules and budgets.
Convene strategic steering groups and agrees milestones and targets.
Create and update project plans and monitor progress.
Development of necessary analyses and reports on ongoing projects.
Preparing and presenting reports on the progress of the project, as well as
reporting on results and successes.
Problem and risk management: problem identification, prioritization, analysis,
preparation of a plan to solve the problem.
Build key relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
Cooperation with other team members on current projects/tasks.
Cost control
Substantive support of the Supply Chain Strategy Director.
Ensuring the quality of cooperation between one’s own departments and other employees/company departments in an international perspective.
Meeting organization, designating common aims, execution of tasks, delivering outcomes. Ensuring proper communication in the international environment with respect for cultural differences
Active development of own professional competences and taking care of the development of employees' competences
Support less experienced employees when needed.
Conscious attitude promoting compliance internal regulations, H&S and fire protection rules.
Compliance with the law, Autodoc Code of Conduct, pursuit of excellence and related corporation laws
Ensuring confidentiality and data protection and attention to the company’s image
Performing other task delegated by supervisor within the framework of the employment contract
Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of English
Knowledge of MS Office,
Knowledge of Excel,
Knowledge of Project Management tools
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2)
Able to complete projects in a timely manner
Qualifications (Desired)
Knowledge of Kanban and Six Sigma
Knowledge of Automotive industry
Knowledge of Risk Management
Experience (ideal or minimum experience required for role – certifications, languages, education & years)
At least 5 years of experience in similar role
Experience within project planning, WBS, stakeholder- and risk analysis
Excellent communication skills
