Job Description - Project Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented hard workers with incredible communication skills to join our team as Project Managers. As a Project Manager, you need to know how to get along with just about anyone you meet, oversee our agency-client relationships, build strategies to suit each client’s needs, and lead every part of our team – from the copywriters to the technical experts – to make sure we hit our deadlines and deliver excellent results.

You’ll work with different clients representing a ton of different industries – no two days are the same as a Project Manager at Flowium.

We are looking for long term, committed individuals who are wanting to establish a career for themselves.

Responsibilities

Create and implement customized email marketing strategies for your clients

Coordinate within our internal team to keep projects moving forward and execute your strategies

Develop an in-depth understanding of Klaviyo and its functionalities

Analyze data to optimize strategies and improve email marketing performance

Boost clients’ subscriber engagement and revenue numbers

Qualities

A team-player who enjoys working with a team of diverse backgrounds

A creative individual who implements new marketing concepts regularly

A stickler for deadlines who enjoy the occasional curveball

A leader who is proactive and willing to take the initiative
