ABOUT THE ROLE:

Working in a collaborative Agile team alongside skilled Java, TypeScript, and QA engineers, you will

design robust test strategies and deﬁne clear scopes aligned with business goals. If you want to tackle real-time data challenges and elevate a world-class sports betting product, we’d love to hear from you!

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Designing, executing, and maintaining test cases for backend and frontend components
Identifying opportunities for automation across the betting ﬂow and contributing to their implementation
Supporting the design and maintenance of automated tests (API, UI, E2E)
Collaborating with developers and QAs to deﬁne testing scope and ensure adequate test coverage
Executing manual and automated tests as part of the development lifecycle
Reporting, tracking, and verifying defects, ensuring timely resolution
Contributing to improving test processes, reliability, and overall product quality
Communicating risks and ﬁndings clearly to team members and stakeholders

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Experience with backend test automation using Java
Practical experience with automated API testing
Familiarity with REST APIs and basic understanding of microservices architecture
Proﬁciency with test management tools (e.g. TestRail or similar)
Understanding of Agile/Scrum and modern software development practices

NICE TO HAVES

Experience with frontend testing including UI automation tools (Playwright)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of event-driven systems
Experience with performance testing
ISTQB certiﬁcation
Interest in or experience with the iGaming domain
