We are seeking a QA Lead who will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of testers, driving improvements in quality assurance processes, and ensuring robust and scalable test automation frameworks. This is a challenging yet rewarding role where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, enhance product quality, and ensure the highest performance standards in our fintech solutions. Responsibilities:
Lead a team of testers to drive changes and improvements in the QA process.
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks with a focus on performance and scale testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Identify, record, and track bugs, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve overall product quality and performance.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in test automation, with a strong background in software quality assurance.
Proficiency in C# and .NET 8+.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. MSTest, NUnit, XUnit, jMeter).
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, agile environment.
