QA Manager

We are excited to announce that the QA Team is expanding and we are currently looking for motivated people to join their team in the given language. This is a key managerial role responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, ensuring the highest standards of quality, and driving continuous improvements.

This is on-site position from Warsaw office!

✅ Responsibilities:

✔️ Maintaining quality standards and procedures for Live Chat Customer Support Center

✔️Monitoring Live Chat Customer Support interactions to ensure that the quality standards are being met.

✔️Identifying areas of improvement and providing recommendations to improve the customer experience.

✔️Providing feedback and coaching sessions to team members.

✅ Must skills:

✔️ At least 3 months in the company (for internally promotions)

✔️Office based would be highly advantageous - remote will be considered

✔️Fluency in English 

✔️Advanced Excel skills

✔️Great eye to detail

✔️Time management and deadline orientation

✔️Excellent verbal & written communication skills
