What the job looks like?

We’re looking for a talented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team of manual and automation testers.

In this role, you’ll focus on designing and executing high-quality test scenarios — both manual and automated — while improving and maintaining existing test coverage.

Your work will directly strengthen our regression testing process, ensuring we deliver reliable, top-quality software all the time.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate closely with Software Development and Product teams to design and execute manual tests for current features and upcoming releases


• Suggest and implement new testing strategies, tools, and quality metrics


• Identify, document, and track bugs effectively


• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and testing procedures

What you need to be able to do the job?

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance


• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices


• Excellent analytical and planning skills


• Experience defining acceptance criteria


• Fluent in English (written & spoken)


• Bachelor’s degree or higher


• Proven ability to write clear, structured test plans and cases


• Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and issue tracking platforms (JIRA, Confluence)


• Experience with both white box and black box testing


• Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure


• A positive, proactive team player mindset

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies


• Test automation skills (e.g., Cucumber, Selenium)


• Previous experience in the FX industry or similar IT field


• ISTQB certification


• Knowledge of container technologies, orchestration, and microservices
