Conduct thorough quality inspections and audits of products/services. Provide quality support for internal and external stakeholders/ Customers. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures. Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality issues. Document and report on quality assurance activities, findings, and improvements. Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices and standards. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects. Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field. Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role in the food or pharma Industry. Communicative English and fluent Polish Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel as well as other quality assurance software/tools. Certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO, or related quality management certifications are a plus.
