Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/x)

Job description:

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Quality Management System (eQMS) within the distribution center. This role involves collaborating closely with internal teams across all geographical regions to assist with the migration of the Warehouse Management System (WMS), focusing on quality and compliance. Strong skills in system navigation and a solid working knowledge of Excel are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications:

• Ability to navigate Quality Management System (eQMS), Warehouse Management System (WMS) platforms, and internal software tools.

• Working knowledge of compliance principles related to computerized systems (e.g., data integrity, access controls, change management)

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data entry, tracking, reconciliation, and reporting

• High attention to detail with the ability to review system outputs and documentation for accuracy and compliance

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, particularly for documentation and cross-functional collaboration

• Proficiency in English

• Assist in writing, reviewing, and updating Master Operating Procedures (MOPs), Working Instructions (WIs)

• Ability to manage multiple priorities during migration peaks and tight timelines.

Additional Comments

• Role may require overtime and flexible working hours to support EU and APAC geographies during migration activities (ex. migration cutovers, go-live support, or hypercare periods).
