Quality Assurance Technician HNC Poland

Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Document and report any discrepancies or defects found during the inspection. Release of final products for shipment or packaging once they meet quality standards. Ensure proper documentation is completed and filed, including quality check sheets, certificates of analysis, and test reports. Ensure all relevant regulatory compliance documents, certificates, and batch records are up to date and accurate. Maintain and manage release logs and records as per company policies. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality, testing procedures, and operational efficiency. Report recurring issues and help identify potential process improvements or training needs. Communicate with production, supply chain, and QC teams to ensure smooth workflows and that all requirements are met. Report results from 3rd party laboratories Working in LIMS system for specification and release purposes Education: Technical school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a technical field preferred. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, particularly in a quality control or testing role. Strong understanding of quality standards and testing methodologies. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, FSSC2200) will be a benefit Strong documentation and computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP, LIMS systems).
