Your role in the Team's Success

What you'll do

• Write acceptance test criteria from both a product/functional perspective and an operational monitoring & alerting perspective, ensuring these are implemented by engineers as part of the Definition of Done

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to deliver seamless user experiences that champion the client

• Advocate and embody modern engineering practices such as ATDD, driving continuous improvement and raising the bar across the team 

• Act as enabler for automated testing in the dev team: setup test environment, create tooling and libraries, improve it further 

• Collate Business Acceptance Test programs for new products and features, ensuring we deliver at pace without compromising quality 

• Mentor and support team members in ATDD practices through pairing and knowledge-sharing, fostering a collaborative learning environment 

• Champion AI-assisted testing approaches – from AI-generated test cases to intelligent test selection – helping the team automate intelligently while focusing human effort on high-value exploratory work 

• You WON'T do repetitive regression testing. We automate that.
