We’re looking for a curious and forward‑thinking Quality Lab Engineer who enjoys combining technical expertise with analytical thinking and collaboration. In this role, you’ll ensure reliable measurement processes, support product development with meaningful insights, and help us continuously improve quality standards.

🔧 What you’ll be doing

• Design and execute test plans for horticulture products (optical, photometry, thermal and more)
• Perform measurements and ensure accuracy and reliability of results
• Identify inconsistencies and support root‑cause analysis
• Prepare clear, structured reports and recommend improvements
• Collaborate closely with the quality lab and cross‑functional teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement of test setups, efficiency, and quality

🎯 What you bring

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Hands-on experience in product testing or laboratory environment
• Solid understanding of measurement techniques and testing processes
• Experience with calibration or quality assurance (nice to have)
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Fluent communication in English and Polish
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
