We are looking for a Quality Manager to join our Operations Team and to create, develop and oversee comprehensive quality management systems across the entire value chain.
About the Department
The Operations Department is responsible for every process involved in the production and delivery of our products. It’s composed of four unique areas: Production, Delivery & Services, Customer Service and Automation.
Once you join our Team you will be responsible for:
Development and implementation of quality management systems covering the product life cycle (design, production, logistics, delivery)
Auditing and optimization of production processes
Identification and elimination of the root causes of quality issues
Oversight of quality control in production and logistics, including handling complaints
Creation of procedures and quality standards in line with best market practices and customer requirements
Building and monitoring KPIs
Initiating corrective and continuous improvement actions
Implementation of innovative solutions to improve quality and process efficiency
