RAM Upgrade

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose system performance issues and recommend appropriate RAM upgrades.
• Install and upgrade RAM modules in desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Ensure compatibility of RAM with existing system configurations.
• Perform system testing and benchmarking post-upgrade.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues related to RAM installations.
• Maintain documentation of upgrades performed and system performance improvements.
• Provide guidance to users on memory optimization and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hardware support, IT support, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of computer memory types (DDR3, DDR4, DDR5, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with RAM installation and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with BIOS/UEFI settings related to RAM configurations.
• Knowledge of system diagnostics tools and performance monitoring.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple upgrade tasks efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
