Company headquartered in Israel, with a strategic site in Poland housing a team of about 30 professionals across R&D, QA, and Art. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technological Site Manager to support and represent our Poland office. This is a pivotal role for a senior individual with a strong technological and R&D background who thrives in Matrix leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and with a global mindset .
Responsibilities:
Site Leadership & Talent Growth:
Act as the senior leader on-site, facilitating innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Strengthen the company’s brand in the local market to attract top talent.
Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.
Collaboration with HR, Operation and Professional Teams in Israel:
Work closely with HR and Operating teams to ensure alignment on recruitment, employee engagement, and site-specific needs.
Partner with professional managers in Israel to maintain consistency in processes and standards across locations.
Serve as point of contact for employees regarding site-related or local matters, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly.
One Global company :
Act as the bridge between the Poland site and global leadership, representing site needs and priorities to management and vice versa.
Ensure transparency in communication between site teams and global management.
Team Development:
Support and mentor managers and team leads to enhance their leadership capabilities.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that drives team engagement and productivity.
Technological Expertise: Leverage your technical background to provide insights and solutions for R&D challenges.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in a technology-driven environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or site management role.
Experience in the gaming industry - preferred
Experience with global company
Working with Israel HQ - advantage
Familiarity with Mobile Development and/or Unity - advantage
and represent site priorities to global management.
High leadership capabilities - Matrix influence , engaging and partnering
Proven ability to collaborate effectively, working with multi stakeholders.
