React / UI Developer

Nextlink is seeking a talented Frontend React Developer with a strong focus on User Experience (UX) to design and develop intuitive, accessible, and high -quality user interfaces for client -facing reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate will combine strong React development skills with a user -centered design mindset to create engaging digital experiences that improve user adoption, satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, UX teams, backend engineers, and product owners to translate business needs into modern and responsive web applications.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React.
  
• Build responsive, scalable, and reusable UI components.
  
• Develop intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and engagement.
  
• Ensure applications are optimized for performance, usability, and accessibility.
  

User Experience & Design

• Translate business requirements and user needs into effective UI solutions.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflows and user expectations.
  
• Apply user -centered design principles to improve application usability.
  
• Refine and enhance UI designs based on user feedback and business priorities.
  
• Support accessibility and usability best practices across applications.
  

Backend Integration

• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
  
• Work closely with backend engineers to ensure seamless end -to -end functionality.
  
• Handle data visualization, user interactions, and API -driven workflows.
  

Quality Engineering

• Develop and maintain automated tests for frontend applications.
  
• Participate in code reviews and quality assurance activities.
  
• Ensure reliability, maintainability, and security of delivered solutions.
  
• Troubleshoot defects and implement performance improvements.
  

DevOps & Continuous Delivery

• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.
  
• Support automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
  
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth software delivery.
  
• Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.
  

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with business users, product owners, designers, and technical teams.
  
• Convert high -level business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
  
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non -technical stakeholders.
  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  

Professional Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of hands -on application development experience using React.
  
• Proven experience developing modern web applications and responsive user interfaces.
  
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
  
• Strong understanding of frontend development lifecycle and best practices.
