Job Description - Receptionist

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a new colleague to join our team in Warsaw as a Receptionist.

SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

  • Office administrative support
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Taking care of the correct circulation of documents
  • Handling business meetings in the office
  • Organization of transport for guests
  • Ordering necessary office equipment
  • Contact with contractors on administrative matters
  • Reporting faults in the office
  • Taking care of creating a positive image of the company
  • Cooperation with other departments in the company

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

  • Experience in a similar position will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Minimum communicative knowledge of English language (B2 level)
  • Ability to effectively manage your time and priorities
  • Responsibility, initiative and commitment to assigned tasks
