Regional Procurement Development Manager

Your Tasks

As Procurement Excellence Manager EUNA, you will play a key role in driving efficient, effective, compliant and
future-oriented Procurement practices across the EUNA region. You will work closely with Procurement
leadership, regional teams and global Procurement Excellence to implement and continuously improve
processes, systems, governance and capabilities.
You will act as an important connection between regional Procurement requirements and global Procurement
Excellence, ensuring that Procurement teams have the right processes, systems, tools and capabilities to execute
their responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
In more detail Your role will focus on:

• Part of excellence procurment acceleration team


• Implementation of existing procurement system & processes


• Identification of opportunities for process and systems improvements


• Regional Key User role for relevant Procurement systems


• Compliance Governance


• Capability Building with regards to identification of training needs and providing training to the Procurement community,building relevant learning paths and onboarding of newcomers


• Support to EUNA Procurement Leadership Team with regards to e.g. change management, further harmonization of process etc.


• Support excellence team to drive common projects, intiatives for all the regions. 

Your Profile

• University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations Management or a related field


• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with a proven track record in Procurement, SupplyChain, Operations or a related field


• At least 2 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain, preferably with exposure to Procurement processes, systems or transformation initiatives


• Experience in project management and successfully delivering cross-functional initiatives


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions, cultures and organizational levels


• Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering sustainable results


• Proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and effectively in an international environment


• Strong change in management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive adoption of newprocesses, systems and ways of working


• Experience in training, capability building or knowledge management is an advantage


• Fluent English(minimum B2)

Nice to have:

• Experience in Procurement process improvement, digitalization or systems implementation 


• Knowledge of other European languages
