We have achieved market leader position in our home market and are actively looking to replicate that in our target markets in Germany, UK and now Poland.
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals.
As the Business Development Manager for the Polish market, you will be responsible for driving operational sales activities, building relationships with clients, and ensuring business growth. Your primary focus will be on finding new clients, establishing long-term partnerships, and selling Bisly’s building automation solutions. This role is ideal for a natural business entrepreneur with a strong technical affinity for building automation and knowledge of the local regulatory environment. With ambition to grow the local presence and footprint of Bisly.
Gotto Market development and execution: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategyforPoland's BAS market (focus on multi-dwelling units and lightcommercialproperties).
Partnership development: Establishstrongpartnershipswithdistributors, systemintegrators, and smartbuildingconsultants.
Clientacquisition:Identify, reachoutto, and buildrelationshipswithpotentialcustomersacrossPolandincludingpropertydevelopers, constructioncompanies, MEP contractors, and real estateinvestors.
Sales execution:Develop and executesalesstrategiestomeet and exceedrevenuetargets, focusing on directengagementwithcustomers and decision-makers.
Regulatoryunderstanding:Leverageyourknowledge of buildingautomationregulations in Germany tonavigatecompliance and supportcustomers in implementingregulatory-compliantsolutions.
Technicalconsultation:Utilizeyourtechnicalunderstanding of building automationtoconsultwithcustomers and proposetailoredsolutionsthatmeettheirneeds.
Sales reporting:Regularlyreport on salesactivities, pipeline progress, and market feedback, ensuringalignmentwithoverallbusinessgoals.
4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the building automation or technology sectors.
Demonstrated track record of successfully growing sales and building long-term client relationships in Poland.
Technical affinity with building automation solutions, including energy management, smart building systems, or IoT technologies.
Strong knowledge of Polish building automation regulations is a significant plus.
A self-starter mindset, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a passion for growing businesses and taking ownership of new opportunities.
Fluent in Polish and a good command of English (written and spoken).
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
