Change Manager - Global Cloud Operations Center

Currently, we are looking for a Change Manager to join our team in Poland.

Your daily responsibilities:

• Developing change management plans for cloud change requests
• Evaluating the priority and impact of planned change
• Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactics
• Leading change management activities across various customers
• Supporting development of communications relevant to change initiatives
• Defining success metrics and measuring performance against these
• Providing reporting and success rate statistics
• Coordination across change lifecycle
• Monitoring the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives and make adjustments as needed
• Working with external consultants and vendors to support and facilitate change initiatives
• Creating and managing a change management framework and toolkit to guide future change efforts

Your key skills:

• Understanding the change management principles, techniques and tools
• Facilitation and influencing and communication skills
• Being up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in change management
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Being not afraid to work in thigh timeliness and under the time pressure
• Problem-solving mindset
• Fluent communication skills in English

Skills we'd consider a plus:

• Project management and planning skills
• Main cloud hyperscalers technologies knowledge
• Previous experience in Change Manager role
• ITIL v4 certification
• Fluent communication skills in Polish
