As a vital strategic partner to a prominent Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder, venture capital fund - we excel in a distinctive venture building model, skillfully merging the agility of a startup studio with the robust backing of venture capital. Our methodology is grounded in the #VentureBuilding approach, utilizing the expertise of seasoned professionals to develop cutting-edge IT solutions and support burgeoning startups across various sectors.

This role presents a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in launching a startup from scratch. In our venture building model, you will have significant control over shaping both the product and the enterprise. Your role involves strategizing and executing ambitious plans, managing operations comprehensively, and guiding a team toward peak performance. This position allows you to influence strategic direction, catalyze growth, and make a substantial impact. Ideal candidates should possess excellent sales and networking skills and a deep insight into technology and business development.
