Job Description - Client Success & Delivery Lead Public Sector

Job description

We’re looking for a highly motivated Client Success & Delivery Lead to join our team, working at the intersection of project delivery and strategic account development across the public sector – including government, defense, transportation, and civil protection.

In this dual-role position, you’ll ensure successful execution of complex, mission-critical IT projects (often GIS-based), while also taking ownership of client growth: deepening relationships, identifying new opportunities, and co-creating the next wave of digital initiatives.

This is not just about running projects – it’s about growing long-term partnerships and making an impact through digital transformation.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of key public sector IT projects – from planning through execution and closure

  • Be the main point of contact for strategic clients across domains like infrastructure, safety, and defense

  • Ensure high-quality outcomes across scope, budget, timeline, and stakeholder expectations

  • Understand client goals and pain points – and actively translate them into new solutions and projects

  • Spot and shape opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, or follow-up initiatives (e.g. extensions, new modules)

  • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and technical leads on proposals and tenders

  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients at multiple levels

  • Help define account strategy and contribute to revenue growth

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project delivery with public sector clients

  • Track record of successfully managing complex or multi-project portfolios

  • Proven ability to build relationships and develop business within existing accounts

  • Solid understanding of public sector dynamics and procurement (e.g. government, civil safety, transport)

  • Excellent communication and consulting skills – both strategic and operational

  • Fluent in Polish and English; other languages are a plus

  • Familiarity with GIS technologies, command/control systems, or digital infrastructure is a strong asset

  • PMP®, PRINCE2®, Agile or similar certifications are preferred

  • Commercially aware, self-driven, and client-focused
