Job Description - Customer Success Advisor (English and Polish)

You'd be working according to schedule, from Monday till Sunday (5 days a week) in 8-hour shifts that start from 7 AM and finish at 7 PM.

Key responsibilities:
responding to inquiries and educating our customers on our products by chat and email
troubleshooting problems for customers including technical aspects of web applications, automations and integrations
coordinating solutions with IT and management
helping customers build successful businesses by translating technical concepts into simple language
handling onboarding calls with customers
You may be the perfect fit if you:
have excellent language skills in English and Polish (at least C1 level); any additional language such as Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, French or Russian would be an asset
have online marketing acumen and basic understanding of how web applications work (e.g. APIs, integrations, data flow)
are open to new experiences and ready to acquire new information at a fast pace
feel comfortable navigating new tools, systems, and technical concepts
are naturally curious and enjoy digging into problems to understand how things work
have the ability to easily handle a number of interactions at the same time
have superior verbal and written communication skills and are ready to master your speed-typing skill
are an outgoing “people person” with an upbeat attitude
are ready for speaking with a customer over the phone/via Teams call
Salary range:
Contract of employment: 6 000,00 - 8 000,00 PLN gross + commission paid upon reaching goals and additional bonus for weekend work
