As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content to ensure it adheres to our community standards and enhances user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Czech to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Accurately classify content according to established policies and provide moderation decisions.
• Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to the relevant teams.
• Provide insights on content trends and user interactions to improve moderation strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance content moderation processes.
• Stay informed about company policies related to content moderation and community engagement.

• Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; good knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently apply moderation guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey moderation decisions.
• Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and with care.
• Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
