Job Description - Czech Speaking Customer Service for Airline Company - Work In Greece

Mercier Consultancy is excited to present an incredible opportunity for a Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client, a leading Airline Company, based in Greece. In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Czech-speaking customers, assisting them with all inquiries related to flights, bookings, and travel-related services.

Your fluency in Czech will be paramount in helping clients with ticket reservations, itinerary changes, and resolving any concerns they may have. Your dedication to delivering high-quality customer service will enhance the overall travel experience for our valued passengers.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in Czech through phone, email, and chat for airline inquiries
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and baggage inquiries
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and operational efficiency
  • Stay updated on airline policies, industry trends, and promotional offers
  • Fluency in Czech and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service focus with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or airline industry, is preferred
  • Able to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Genuine passion for travel and assisting customers with their journey
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
