Job Description - Czech Speaking Customer Service for Mortgage Provider

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dedicated Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's team in the Mortgage Provider sector. In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to our Czech-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries regarding mortgage products, processes, and services.

Your fluency in Czech will be key as you guide clients through the mortgage application process, answer questions about rates and terms, and resolve any issues they may encounter. You will play a vital role in enhancing customer understanding and confidence as they navigate their mortgage options.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in Czech through phone, email, and chat regarding mortgage inquiries
  • Assist customers with understanding mortgage products, application processes, and documentation requirements
  • Resolve customer questions and complaints efficiently and professionally
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and sales, to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance services and product offerings
  • Stay updated on mortgage trends and regulatory changes that may affect customers
  • Fluency in Czech and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in finance or mortgage industries, is preferred
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries while maintaining a high level of service
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Interest in the mortgage industry and helping customers make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
