Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to customers in Danish through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Guide clients through the booking process, including making, modifying, and canceling reservations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to bookings to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Record all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure detailed and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues quickly and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about company products, policies, and promotions to provide the most accurate support.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken), with proficiency in English preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the travel or hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to high-quality customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively address customer complaints.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms.
