Job Description - Danish Speaking Customer Service for Airline Company - Work In Greece

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Danish Speaking Customer Service Representatives for an Airline Company, with the unique benefit of working in beautiful Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about travel and possess a strong customer service mindset. As a customer service representative, you will assist passengers with their inquiries while providing a warm and professional experience in Danish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, and airline services via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
  • Provide passengers with detailed information on flight schedules, fares, and travel regulations.
  • Assist customers with the check-in process and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter.
  • Resolve complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for follow-up actions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery.
  • Stay informed about airline policies and travel restrictions to provide up-to-date information to customers.
  • Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is desirable.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as the airline industry requires.
