Job Description - Danish Speaking Customer Service for Ride-Sharing Platform - Work In Greece

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Ride-Sharing Platform, located in Greece. In this engaging role, you will provide exceptional support to users of our ride-sharing service, ensuring they have a seamless experience while using the platform.

Your fluency in Danish will be essential as you assist customers with inquiries regarding rides, driver connections, payments, and any issues they may encounter. You will play a vital role in enhancing user satisfaction and promoting our commitment to providing top-notch service in the ride-sharing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in Danish through phone, email, and chat for ride-sharing inquiries
  • Assist users with ride requests, payment issues, and troubleshooting of the app
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively and professionally
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve user issues
  • Gather feedback from users to help improve our service and user experience
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the ride-sharing market
  • Fluency in Danish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in transportation or technology, is preferred
  • Able to manage multiple customer inquiries in a high-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Genuine interest in ride-sharing services and a commitment to helping users
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage
