Job Description - Danish Speaking Customer Support For International Airline

Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Danish Speaking Customer Support Agent for an International Airline. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for passengers, assisting them with inquiries regarding flight bookings, baggage, and travel policies. Your proficiency in Danish will allow you to communicate effectively with our Danish-speaking customers, ensuring they receive the utmost level of care and support. If you are passionate about travel, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to have you join our team!


Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Danish related to flight bookings and airline services.
  • Assist passengers with changes to reservations, cancellations, and rebooking options.
  • Provide detailed information about baggage policies, airport services, and travel guidelines.
  • Document customer interactions accurately for reporting and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Stay informed about flight schedules, route changes, and promotional offers.
  • Encourage customer loyalty through positive engagement and exceptional service.
  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Experience in customer support, particularly in the travel or airline industry, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple inquiries effectively.
  • Familiarity with airline booking systems and CRM software is beneficial.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
