Delivery Manager - Data Migration (Banking)

We are currently looking for a high-caliber Delivery Manager to lead a mission-critical data migration for a major financial institution. This isn’t a "sit in meetings and take notes" role; it is a high-precision operation where you will be responsible for the seamless transition of massive, complex financial datasets from legacy environments to modern, scalable infrastructure.

As the Delivery Manager, you are the "conductor" of the migration engine. You will bridge the gap between our high-performance engineering squads and the bank’s strategic leadership, ensuring that every byte is accounted for and every milestone is met without disrupting global operations. You will own the strategy for dress rehearsals / mock migrations, ensuring the final cutover is a non-event.

We are looking for a veteran who knows that a successful migration is won in the details. To excel in this role, you must bring:

• Migration Mastery: Proven experience leading end-to-end, large-scale data migrations, ideally within the financial services or banking sector.
• Data Literacy: You don’t need to be a developer, but you must be "data-fluent." You should be able to interrogate data mapping logic, understand ETL complexities, and spot data quality gaps before they become critical issues.
• Precision Execution: Experience designing and leading mock migrations / dress rehearsals to stress-test the process and de-risk the final "Go-Live."
• Financial Rigor: A deep understanding of data reconciliation frameworks to ensure 100% data integrity and auditability post-migration.
• Stakeholder Diplomacy: The ability to navigate the complex governance of a major bank while maintaining the speed and agility of a high-growth consulting firm.
• Outcome-Obsessed Mindset: You prioritize "Done" over "In Progress" and have the grit to solve technical bottlenecks and regulatory hurdles proactively.
