Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate user interactions and content to identify and address potential violations of safety policies and community guidelines.
• Conduct thorough investigations into reported safety incidents, analyzing evidence and determining appropriate resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance policies that promote digital safety and user trust.
• Prepare comprehensive reports regarding safety incidents, trends, and insights for management decision-making.
• Stay informed about the latest developments and trends in digital safety to continually improve our safety practices.
• Engage with users to educate them on safety practices and raise awareness about how to navigate online risks.

• Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Previous experience in digital safety, content moderation, or related fields is preferred.
