Your Role:

• Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and engaging Dutch-speaking candidates across various industries.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and ensure alignment with our clients’ needs.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to fully understand job specifications and team dynamics.
• Facilitate effective candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Utilize various recruitment platforms and strategies to attract high-quality talent efficiently.
• Contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and innovative ideas for improving talent acquisition strategies.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development through training opportunities to enhance your recruitment skills.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• A positive and enthusiastic approach to supporting candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage recruitment tasks efficiently.
• A collaborative spirit, eager to work as part of a dedicated team.
• Willingness to relocate to Poland, supported by our comprehensive paid relocation package.
• Available for 3 months fully paid training in Greece.
